**The Role**:**What you will do**:- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and extending job offers.




- Continuously improve the recruiting process by providing feedback and implementing best practices.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent to support future hiring needs.
**Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
- 2+ years experience with LinkedIn Recruiter- 2+ years experience with Greenhouse ATS- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier technology talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
