What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights for leadership
- Connect complex, multi-source healthcare datasets to real-world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Ensure data governance standards and compliance requirements are met across all analytics outputs in regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate clinical questions into data-driven solutions

Who You Are





- Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and enterprise data models
- Deep familiarity working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- A natural leader who can guide technical teams while communicating clearly with clinical and executive stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to data accuracy and trust

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-generated content evaluation
- Experience working in or alongside clinical operations, hospital systems, or health tech environments
