The Business Intelligence Professional is responsible for working with various internal departments to run analyses on the company, and make any recommendations to upper management.General Responsibilities - Collaborates with complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers - Key participant in helping identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences - Key participant in constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge - Organizes specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements - May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues - May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools - May be internal operations-focused or external client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions Experience / Qualifications - A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and strong visualization skills.
- Experience working with database and data management tools (e.g., MS Access, SQL-based systems).
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline data processes and reporting.
- Experience working with relational data sources; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured workflows, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
