**What you'll do**- Lead financial and operational planning in partnership with business leaders, developing financial forecasts and setting operational goals- Build and enhance financial models to simplify complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations- Drive execution excellence by turning strategic thinking into operational results in collaboration with cross-functional teams- Collaborate with accounting to improve management reporting and gain a deeper understanding of financial actuals- Continuously learn and adapt, building new technical skills to keep pace with a dynamic business environment**What you'll need**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or a related field- 3+ years of relevant experience in roles such as FP&A;, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or business operations- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets- Strong fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)- Advanced analytical skills with a knack for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly models- Clear, effective communicator who can explain financial concepts to a wide range of stakeholders- Self-starter with a proactive mindset-you take ownership and follow through- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment- Team-oriented and collaborative-you thrive when working with others toward shared goals- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality work- Foundational knowledge of GAAP- Experience with enterprise-level financial systems, SQL, or statistical software is a plus.
