- Prepare local reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
- Execute disciplinary measures.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when applicable.
- Carry out contract terminations and conduct exit interviews.
- Actively collaborate in the preparation and implementation of local training and development programs.
- Manage labor relations concerns and/or inquiries (when applicable).
- Respond to daily benefits inquiries and escalate to Central Benefits when appropriate.
- Lead and/or support local communication initiatives.
- Support the HR Manager with various programs.
- Support with internal and external audits as applicable.




- Other duties as required.The role is expected to focus primarily on labor relations topics and provide support in areas such as training.Experiência y requisitos**Functional Competencies**:- Proficient TRESS.
- Intermediate to advance Excel reporting & graphs.
