**Schedule**:8 hours daily + lunch + 2 days off (together)This is a role for Customer service functions, in a legal environment.




**Responsibilities**- Conduct consultations for potential cases- Sign up new clients electronically- Set initial clinic appointments- Process and file legal documents- Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms- Data entry and case documentation**Skills & Qualifications**:- Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments- Organizational & tech proficiency- Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign- Excellent client service skills**Additional Benefits**:- A monthly lunch hosted by the client, at a restaurant chosen by the team, which varies each month.
- Evaluations after 6 months where you can earn a 2% to 3% salary increase, for a total of 5% per year.
