End-to-End Event Production
- Coordinate the full event lifecycle, from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, venues, speakers, sponsors, and partners.
- Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Participate directly in on-site event execution.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial and Editorial teams to align conference agendas, speakers, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Monitor relevant industry developments to identify potential speakers, partners, and business opportunities.
- Contribute ideas that improve the quality, positioning, and commercial potential of our events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate events, conferences, B2B account management, partnerships, business development,
or a related field.
- Proven experience managing external stakeholders and senior-level clients or partners.
- Strong negotiation skills, preferably involving venues, suppliers, corporate clients, or strategic partners.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) – essential for international communications and executive-level interactions.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with C-suite executives, government representatives, and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to travel within Mexico when required.
- Availability to work during conferences, including occasional extended hours or weekends when necessary.
