For IMA FLXHub Sector Mexico We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our local sales and service subsidiary, driving growth and operational excellence in the market.

The Role

- Full P&L; responsibility for the subsidiary

- Lead and develop the local sales and service teams

- Drive revenue growth and market share

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

- Align local strategy with group/HQ objectives

- Manage key customer and partner relationships





- Report on performance, forecasts, and market trends

Experience & Skills

- Proven experience in a leadership role (Country/GM/Sales Manager)

- Track record in sales and/or service operations

- Strong commercial and financial acumen

- Excellent leadership and people-management skills

- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Willingness to travel
