**Responsibilities**:- Proactive Outreach: Make a high volume of daily phone calls to merchants, salesrepresentatives, and internal teams to gather missing documentation, clarify information, andspeed up the approval process.
- Sales Support: Act as a dedicated support resource for the sales team, helping them navigateunderwriting conditions to get their merchants boarded quickly.gaps before submission.
- Document Analysis: Analyze financial documents, bank statements, tax documents, andprocessing history.
- Verification: Verify business information, ownership, and validity of supporting legal documents.requirements, and guidelines.statuses clearly and efficiently to sales, onboarding,



and internal teams.statuses in our CRM (HubSpot) and underwriting systems.
- Goal Achievement: Meet daily and weekly outbound call and productivity goals whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy.
**Qualifications**:- Strong Phone Presence: Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phonewith a professional, persuasive, and helpful demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with theability to clearly explain complex underwriting requests.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills tocatch discrepancies early.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage a heavy pipeline of- Previous experience in a phone-heavy role, customer support, sales support, or merchantservices is highly preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) is a major plus.Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of merchant processing, payment processing, or credit card underwriting.
- Experience reviewing business documentation, tax documents, and bank statements.
