**Job Title**: Payroll Specialist**Location**: Monterrey, N.L. (Río Suchiate 147, Central)**Employment Type**: Full-time**About the Role**We are looking for a detail-oriented **Payroll Specialist** to join our Monterrey office.You will be responsible for end‐to‐end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations, and supporting our local team with accurate and timely salary payments.
**Key Responsibilities**- Process monthly payroll (calculation of salaries, overtime, vacation premium, aguinaldo, etc.).
- Calculate and submit **IMSS**, **ISN**, **ISR**, **VAT (IVA)** withholdings and employer contributions.
- Prepare and file electronic tax returns (CFDI payroll receipts - CDFI de nómina).
- Maintain payroll records and handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and social security.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and coordinate with external advisors when needed.
- Support HR and finance with payroll reports for budgeting and audits.




**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist in Mexico (2+ years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of **IMSS**, **ISN**, **ISR**, **IVA**, and CFDI payroll requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Aspel, CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar).
- **Basic English communication skills** (reading/writing, able to communicate with Chinese management using simple English and translation tools).
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Legal work permit in Mexico.
