**Responsibilities**:- Process new wireless activations, upgrades, and account modifications.
- Support telecom sales teams with customer account setup and order processing.
- Manage device orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests.
- Handle billing inquiries and customer escalations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
**Qualifications**:- English proficiency at **C1, C2, or Native**.
- **Valid U.S. Visa (required).
**:- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service,



Telecom Support, or related roles.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
