ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the timely and correct onboarding of teammates, from the start of the offer letter through the first week of employment
- Provides support to hiring managers from start to finish in hiring a new teammate for their team
- Assists candidates with questions and any technical issues that may arise when trying to apply for an open position
- Manages the onboarding tasks in the applicant tracking system and background checks to ensure there are no delays
- Collaborates with compensation on manager questions, new job creation, and job offers
- Partners with recruiters, answering or escalating questions
- Frequently follows up with the hiring manager on the progress of onboarding their candidate and notifies them of any delays
- Responsible for ensuring all new hire forms are properly completed and signed
- Identify process improvements and present such ideas to the team
- Manages incoming cases in the ServiceNow system
- Manages MSS transactions
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required
- At least two years of previous experience is required

Computer Skills

- Computer-savvy with: MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Project required.
- Workday applicant tracking system or other applicant system experience is a must.
- ServiceNow, RingCentral, and Emissary experience recommended, but not required.

Language Skills

- English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

- College-level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data.
