**What a typical day looks like**:- Lead **end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs**:- Translate strategic business objectives into **actionable project plans**:- Drive **program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management**:- Partner with **Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams**:- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities- Facilitate **executive-level reporting and decision-making**:- Manage **scope, timeline, budget,



and resource allocation**:- Identify risks early and implement **mitigation strategies**:- Lead **project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities**:- Implement **program management best practices and standardization**:- Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced english- Experience in program administration/ management or related area.
- Microsoft project- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
