**Position Purpose**:Oversee the quality, budget and schedule performance of the assigned Materials organization in Mexicali.Management of inventory, maintenance of systems, production scheduling, and/or shop floor control in support of an efficient execution of the production plan.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Has accountability for the performance and results of assigned function.
- Executes departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities.
- Oversees Production Planning and/or inventory control.
- Monitors progress, compliance, attitudes, and other performance factors of the assigned function, initiates studies to determine cause of deficiencies, implement corrective actions and proves changes.
- Monitors and keep leadership informed of the status of plans, programs,



processes of changing conditions, attitudes and requirements in the workplace and unusual problems, accomplishments which could impact inventory levels.
- Coordinates resources of multiple projects to ensure alignment and efficiency, monitors progress and directs others to take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures departmental compliance.
- In charge of one of the following areas or future areas within the materials organization: materials control, production control, production planning, etc.Additional Functions:- Perform other duties as assigned.
