We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Experience Professional**to join our Customer Support Organization.In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for project, supporting Order-to-Cash (OtC) billing process and ensuring excellent customer experience.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project managers, administration Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient order processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement in an international environment.
**MUST HAVE**- Experience in Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, or OtC processes- Fluent English (written and spoken) are required- Strong knowledge of SAP and CRM/ERP business processes- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint- Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
