This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role. No prior AI background needed — just deep expertise in healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do

- Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data management, compliance, and operational workflows
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with real-world healthcare data standards — including HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks
- Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI models handle health data governance concepts
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves how AI reasons about hospital data environments
- Draw on your cross-functional experience — bridging clinical, IT, and compliance domains — to evaluate complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios

Who You Are

- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — particularly HIPAA
- Comfortable reasoning across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
- Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical, consistent approach to quality evaluation
- Clear and structured written communicator
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or EHR/EMR platforms
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or HITRUST
- Prior involvement in hospital accreditation, regulatory audits, or compliance reporting
