Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the CREO, Windchill, and PLM module in SAP
Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process
Understand & document business requirements
Develop functional specifications from business requirements
Develop, document, implement and present new solutions
Coordinate the end-to-end testing
Create training documents
Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Integral team
Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA
Provide Project Support

Requirements Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Software Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience
