Overview At Syntax , we are looking for a talented SAP BI Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
You will work on designing, developing, and implementing SAP Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring our clients can make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement SAP BI solutions (BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, BOBJ, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
Optimize ETL processes and ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.




Requirements 3+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW (BW/4HANA experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP BusinessObjects preferred.
Understanding of integration with SAP ERP or S/4HANA modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Spanish or both].
