About the role

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of marine claims handling.





Understanding of policy terminology for accurate interpretation.

Knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements and experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and ADR.

Experience in following up on claims audit recommendations and continuous improvement.
