Position Summary As an Analyst Mechanical Engineer, you will support engineering projects focused on modifications, upgrades, and improvements to existing automated material handling systems across North America. This role combines mechanical design, equipment configuration, documentation development, customer support, and field execution activities. You will work closely with mechanical, controls, installation, and project management teams to deliver solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Guadalupe, Nuevo León and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites in the United States . Create and maintain engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. Support equipment selection, configuration, and implementation activities.

Participate in design reviews and technical discussions. Coordinate with Controls Engineers, Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Installation Teams. Perform site surveys and collect field measurements to validate project scope.

Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities at customer sites. Assist with project execution while considering schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.



Provide technical support during installation and project execution.

Follow

Dematic safety standards and engineering best practices. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline. ~Mechanical Design ~ Product Engineering ~ Project Engineering ~ Manufacturing Engineering ~ Experience with CAD software such as: ~ SolidWorks ~ AutoCAD ~ Experience creating engineering drawings and BOMs. ~ Knowledge of mechanical components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes. ~ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. ~ Experience with conveyor systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery. Knowledge of GD&T; and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or field activities.

Experience working directly with manufacturing and production teams. Familiarity with engineering change management processes. Work on large-scale automation projects for general customers.
