Role Overview:
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech & Creative Focus) to own full-cycle recruitment delivery across technical, creative, and generalist roles. This role is primarily execution-focused (~80% recruitment delivery) with targeted sourcing support (~20%).
You will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to evaluate talent rigorously, drive interviews and offer processes, and ensure each hire meets Pearl’s high standards. The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment and takes ownership over hiring outcomes across diverse roles.

Your Impact
