Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist @ KTek Talent solutions LLP Role: Senior Finance Project Manager – M&A; Integration (SAP Finance)
Overview:
Lead the finance integration workstream for post-merger corporate activities, focusing on SAP FI/CO systems and processes. Drive alignment of finance processes, manage data migration, and consolidate systems to ensure seamless operations after mergers or acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage finance integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions, with emphasis on SAP Finance (FI/CO).
Lead post-merger integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of finance processes across entities.
Oversee finance data migration, including chart of accounts harmonization and master data alignment.
Drive system consolidation efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
Ensure smooth SAP Finance integration by managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain adequate project documentation in line with SDLC and governance requirements.
Identify risks, implement controls, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Cover existing integration demands that cannot be met by current internal resources.




Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in M&A; finance integration and post-merger projects .
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, including finance data migration and system consolidation.
Strong knowledge of chart of accounts alignment and financial reporting harmonization.
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, change control, and documentation standards.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across finance, IT, and business teams.
