Responsibilities Handle roll forwards and reconciliations for current and deferred income tax accounts
Perform income tax accounting under Mexico GAAP and support financial audits
Manage income tax compliance, including annual returns, monthly payments, and regulatory filings
Oversee VAT compliance, including monthly reports, filings, refunds, and ledger reconciliations
Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance management; experience in Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese enterprises is preferred.
Familiar with Mexican tax laws and accounting practices, with local audit or compliance experience.
Proficient in ERP systems, with strong skills in budgeting and cost analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Spanish is required as a working language; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
