Skills/Experience
Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and sales
Proven track record of delivering hiring results
Comfort with social media, Boolean searching, job boards, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine the best match
Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and passionate
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Duties
Represent the STAND 8 brand
Maintain thorough knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base
Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and opportunities
Identify and connect with top IT talent through networks, referrals, and outreach
Maintain accurate candidate and client information and provide excellent customer service
