General Manager Hospitality
This full‑time on‑site role is based in the Ensenada area. The General Manager of Hospitality will oversee daily operations and staff management to ensure excellent guest experiences and smooth functioning of the establishment. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a high‑performance culture. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing operational performance, and implementing improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

Leadership and Management expertise, including team management, decision‑making, and strategic planning abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of Hospitality Operations, such as guest services, event management, and facility maintenance

Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization





Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

Critical Thinking and Problem‑Solving capabilities for effectively addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions

Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and industry standards

Proficiency in using technology and hospitality management systems is an advantage

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
