A position is vacant for Construction Project Manager Supervise overall construction project from planning, organizing, controlling.
Completing quality inspections- responsible for maintaining quality craftsmanship
Supervising sub-contractors, limited construction workers and admin. staff
Inspections maintain quality craftsmanship
Manage and maintain job within budget
Requirements:
Ability to relocate to Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Minimum 5 years' experience as construction supervisor / in construction project management
Good references
Strong work ethic: Trustworthy / Loyal / Team Player
High Construction Standards/Practices




Excellent Communication skills- Ability to communicate with Clients/ Vendors/ Contractors/ Staff/ Owners, Ability to negotiate better prices/ demand highest quality work, Communicate with Clients/ manage construction notices and obtain approvals for upgrade costs.
Technical skills:
Experienced at AutoCAD Program
Ability to read & interpret architectural drawings / plans / building to code
Extensive knowledge of construction materials & building techniques
