- Educational Background

: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, PMP) are advantageous.

- Experience

: Minimum of 9+ years in finance or accounting, with significant experience in SAP FICO implementations and project management.

- Technical Proficiency

: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, COPA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

- Project Management Skills

: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
