Position Summary As a Salesforce Support / Developer , you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing Salesforce solutions to ensure smooth business operations and effective customer engagement.
The role involves developing and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools , while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
This position emphasizes continuous learning, problem-solving, production support, and adherence to Salesforce best practices to ensure high-quality application development and support evolving business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities Provide Salesforce application support by monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure stable business operations.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solution enhancements.
Configure, develop,



and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows , and other declarative tools.
Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release validation to ensure solution quality and reliability.
Create and maintain technical and support documentation, including knowledge articles, design documents, and deployment procedures .
Manage and resolve production incidents , participate in root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive improvements.
Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and reliability .
Contribute to problem-solving discussions and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices .
Support the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions based on evolving business and technical requirements.
