Job Description Primary Function of Position The organization requires advanced technical expertise and innovative thinking to lead high-priority initiatives that impact quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Essential Job Duties Assemble, bring up, and test manufacturing equipment in preparation for successful qualification and operation




Perform qualification and validation on manufacturing equipment according to company procedures
Troubleshooting of electromechanical systems that include motion, pneumatics, electronics systems, PLC or Computer based
Execute maintenance and startup of equipment when applicable
Relocate and Install manufacturing equipment according to manufacturers and qualification documentation
Perform LOTO activities
Train and Support PMC personal in Preventive Maintenance Instructions
Document Equipment Events with no impact to product assembled
Purchase of replacement spare parts, equipment, components
Provide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations.
Document and close Equipment Downtime notifications
Report equipment findings during troubleshooting example 4 blocker
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience CAD and Solidworks knowledge.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English 70%.
Must be able to travel to the USA.
Good communication skills.
Required Education and Training Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Working Conditions None
Preferred Skills and Experience Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Experienced in ISO 13485, or medical device manufacturing environment.
