DESCRIPTION

- Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities​
- Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.​
- Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect​
- Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.​
- Implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified​
- Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions​
- Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions​
- Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets​




- Identify and analyze root causes in quality issuesCommunicate corrective actions
- Participate actively in regular meetings​

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
- ​1 year of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions​
- Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)​
- Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management​
- Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T; (is a plus)​
- Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)​
- Handling of KPIs and reporting​
- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements​
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)​
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)​
- SAP (desirable)​
- Fluent English (Conversational level)
- 6 months
