Location: Av. Hidalgo #2404, Colonia Obispado (Torre TOP), Monterrey, Actual León, Mexico.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Responsibilities Source and identify top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and passive candidate sourcing strategies, with a focus on LATAM markets.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization.
Utilize ATS Oracle to efficiently manage the recruitment process, tracking applicants, and maintaining organized records.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive candidate pools and build a robust talent pipeline.




Collaborate with the HR team to create an engaging candidate experience, enhancing our employer brand.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment processes.
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our strategies.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on recruitment, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM)
University Degree
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms, for candidate identification.
Experience with ATS Oracle or similar recruitment software for efficient process management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Fluency in English for effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Advantageous experience in sourcing operations profiles, demonstrating industry understanding.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of finding creative solutions.
