Job description
The Program Analyst Role is a key support role for connecting multiple functions that rely on consistent, proactive engagement to track and report on operational performance while also driving issue resolution for the Switches Product Line. This role works side by side with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Account teams to serve as a partner for driving and tracking the overall performance of the Switches Product Line.
They are a key communicator and facilitator for the spread of knowledge across the plant so that the overall program health is visible to key internal leaders and critical customers.

Candidate skills & requirements
Provide daily monitoring, analysis, and reporting of the switches product line production status through in-person engagements with operations and utilization of Safran's ERP System (SAP)
Attend daily manufacturing stand-up Quick Response & Quality Control (QRQC) meetings
Proactivity gathering, summarizing, and maintaining delivery line of balance files and tracking for key shortages affecting the switches product line.
Provide key inputs to Program Management and Customer Account teams to support customer discussions
Support customer discussions led by Program Management and Customer Account assigned personnel
Serve as a liaison between leadership teams and execution teams to help align and drive prioritization of key actions
Create and build new tools and analytics – for internal and external consumption – to help track highly detailed operational and supply chain performance for assigned programs
Work with planning, operations, and procurement to maintain program schedules and line of balances that can be communicated to customers
Support functional excellence initiatives to help advance
