Team Overview The LATAM Strategy team supports TransUnion’s regional growth agenda by driving strategic planning, business performance management, executive priorities, and execution tracking across key initiatives. The team partners closely with Finance, Solutions, Technology, HR, and Operations to provide insights and recommendations that enable data-driven decision making and successful execution of business objectives. This team supports the LATAM leadership organization and collaborates directly with the LATAM President and senior executives to drive strategic priorities, coordinate regional initiatives, and ensure alignment across the organization's most critical business objectives.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Support the annual strategic planning process by aligning regional strategic priorities, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects across LATAM, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
Establish project governance frameworks, timelines, milestones, risk management plans, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and drive accountability.
Partner directly with the LATAM President and leadership team to support the execution of key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to support executive decision making.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Solutions, and Commercial organizations to drive project execution.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, proactively developing mitigation plans and driving resolution across stakeholders.
Conduct business analysis, competitive intelligence, and market research to support strategic recommendations and business growth initiatives.
Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates,
and strategic materials for leadership reviews and executive meetings.
Lead special projects sponsored by the LATAM President, ensuring clear objectives, stakeholder engagement, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.
Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on key commitments and strategic initiatives.
Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across strategic business initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field, providing the analytical and problem-solving foundation required to manage complex strategic projects.
6+ years of experience within a top-tier Consulting firm, Strategic PMO, Transformation Office, Corporate Strategy team, or project management environment, leading complex business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Proven experience managing strategic projects with executive visibility, including planning, stakeholder management, governance, execution tracking, and delivery.
Demonstrated experience supporting Presidents, CEOs, Executive Committees, or senior leadership teams through strategic planning, project execution, business reviews, and executive communications.
Strong experience working in highly matrixed organizations, driving alignment and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information to senior executives through clear presentations, concise messaging, and actionable recommendations.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations, strategic communications, leadership reporting, and business reviews.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for business analysis, KPI tracking, project reporting, and performance monitoring.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications to support project management, reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience developing executive dashboards, project plans, governance materials, status reports, and performance tracking tools.
Strong project management capabilities, including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and execution monitoring.

Experience supporting Executive Committee, Board-level, or senior leadership presentations and business reviews.
Think-Cell experience to enhance the quality, efficiency, and storytelling effectiveness of executive presentations.
Knowledge of the information services industry and its competitive landscape.
Experience working across multiple LATAM markets and managing regional stakeholder relationships.
Advanced to Fluent English (C1-C2) , with the ability to lead meetings, prepare executive materials, manage senior stakeholder interactions, and present recommendations confidently in English.
