Remote Legal Opportunities (LATAM) – Supporting Small & Mid-Sized U.S. Law Firms

We are actively recruiting qualified legal professionals across All LATIN AMERICA & THE CARIBBEAN for 100% remote positions (FULL-TIME and PART-TIME) supporting U.S. law firms in the following roles:

Paralegals & Legal Assistants: Assisting with case preparation, drafting pleadings/motions, legal document organization, and discovery management.

Case Managers: Overseeing case lifecycles, coordinating client communications, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless case progression.

Legal Intake Specialists & Coordinators: Managing initial client inquiries, conducting screening interviews, onboarding new clients, and gathering preliminary case data.

Legal Researchers: Performing legal research, analyzing precedents, summarizing records, and conducting fact-finding for litigation support.

Licensed Attorneys & Senior Legal Coordinators: Providing high-level legal operational management, strategy support, and workflow coordination.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Educational Background: Law Degree (LL.B., J.D. equivalent) or formal paralegal/legal studies certification in LATAM or the Caribbean.

English Proficiency: Advanced to Fluent English skills (C1/C2 required) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Legal Experience: Hands-on experience working in law firms, corporate legal departments, or court systems.

U.S. Legal Exposure (Plus but NOT MANDATORY): Prior experience supporting U.S.



law firms or familiarity with U.S. case management software (Clio, Filevine, MyCase, PracticePanther) is an advantage.

Tech-Savvy & Remote Discipline: Highly organized, proficient with cloud tools (Google Workspace, MS Office), with a dedicated home office set up for full-time remote collaboration.
