About Our Client

Our client is a integral, publicly traded consumer products company with a portfolio of leading brands across the home, health & wellness, and beauty categories, serving customers in markets worldwide.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer orders.

- Maintain accurate customer information and data within CRM platforms.

- Support the preparation of contracts, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.

- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.

- Generate sales reports, pipeline analysis, and commercial KPI tracking.

- Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and support sales forecasting activities.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and databases.

The Successful Applicant

Required





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role.

- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience working with CRM systems.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and analytical mindset.

Preferred

- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar CRM platforms.

- Knowledge of distribution channels and digital marketplaces.

- Experience working in multinational or consumer goods organizations.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
