About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer – Integrations & Automations to join our team and play a key role in a large-scale Salesforce implementation. This position will focus on designing, building, supporting, and documenting Salesforce integration services and APIs used by internal automations and external systems.

The idóneo candidate has strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Platform, and REST-based integrations , and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, support, and document Salesforce integration services and APIs for internal automations and external systems.
- Develop and support integrations using Salesforce-native capabilities and, where applicable, MuleSoft.
- Establish integration standards for authentication, error handling, retries, logging, batch processing, and operational support.
- Partner with Java and RPA development teams to troubleshoot integrations and improve bulk-processing capabilities.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.
- Monitor integration performance, API consumption, failures, and Salesforce platform limits.
- Support source control, release planning, sandbox strategy, and deployments across multiple contributors.




- Provide technical guidance and participate in code reviews for Salesforce integration development.
- Document technical designs, integration flows, support procedures, and API standards.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex and SOQL .
- Experience with Lightning Platform configuration .
- Strong experience designing, building, and supporting REST-based Salesforce integrations and APIs in production environments .
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce integrations, including high-volume or bulk-processing scenarios.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and source-control tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Git-based CI/CD .
- Ability to document technical designs, integration flows, API standards, and support procedures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional development teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience monitoring Salesforce API usage, setting alerts, or using Event Monitoring/API usage reporting .
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- MuleSoft Developer Certification.
- Experience working in healthcare, claims, revenue cycle, case management, or other regulated-data environments .
