Application Operations Engineer – Manufacturing / Mobile Applications

We are looking for Application Operations Engineers to support a leading
New Energy Vehicle (NEV) project in Mexico
. The positions cover two technical streams:
Manufacturing Applications
and
Mobile Applications
. Candidates will be matched to the most suitable area based on their experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily application operations and support to ensure system stability and availability.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues.
- Support application deployment, upgrades, configuration changes, and system health checks.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support databases, Linux environments, and application-related infrastructure.
- Collect user requirements and issues and support continuous system improvement.

Requirements




- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Application Operations, Production Support, or System Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Linux and databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, Shell, or other programming/scripting languages.
- Experience working in large enterprises or multinational environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL and incident management processes is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills.

For Manufacturing Applications, experience with any of the following is highly preferred:

Java, Oracle, Nginx, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, MES, WMS, LES, or SRM.

For Mobile Applications, experience with any of the following is highly preferred:

iOS/Android applications, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Automotive or New Energy Vehicle industry experience is a plus.
