Overview

As a Project Manager in the WW MPC Business Support team, you will lead strategic, business-critical initiatives that align with organizational and departmental objectives. Acting as a central liaison for global business units, IS teams, and end users, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects with regional and integral impact. This role requires strong project management expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results.

Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring strategic alignment with organizational and departmental objectives, while maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, define scope and deliverables, establish success metrics, and implement governance frameworks to drive measurable business outcomes.
Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency, alignment,



and timely escalation of critical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Direct and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among global business units, IS partners, and end users to achieve seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through robust contingency planning and adaptive strategies, ensuring resilience and successful delivery under changing conditions.
Monitor and report on project performance using Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools, providing actionable insights on milestones, KPIs, and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with MPC regional teams and the Worldwide MPC Training & Analytics team to enhance communication, deliver training, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of system and process changes.
