Whether you come from a quantitative academic background or bring hands-on experience from finance, this is a role where your expertise translates directly into impact — without the pressure culture that often comes with it. You'll work in a collaborative, flexible environment where the work is intellectually demanding, but the pace is human.

We're equally open to candidates who are earlier in their careers. If you have 1-2 years of experience under your belt, hold a relevant degree and have had some exposure to coding — whether through coursework, projects, or professional experience — we'd love to hear from you.
