Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken) — mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using ERP and accounting systems
- Strong understanding of:
- General accounting principles
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Tax calculations and compliance
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the company.
- Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions.
Financial Operations
- Monitor accounting accounts and provide financial information support to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Reporting & Audits
- Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports for internal and external users.
- Support audits and assist with financial documentation and compliance requirements.
Accounts Payable
- Manage payments to suppliers and creditors, including recurring payments.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with other departments by providing financial information and guidance.
- Support business operations through clear financial analysis and communication.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Revenue Management
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition according to company policies and accounting standards.
