Required
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and custom force.com
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC,
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OwnBackup & OwnBackup Archiver .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Application Management /Support & Maintenance
- Perform Day to Day Application Management activities
- Support External and Internal Audits and adhere to complaince processes like GxP , SOXs , etc
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly report




- Provide Level 2 support for Salesforce Sales/ Service Cloud or any kind of custom force.com application and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and integrations.
- Configuration & Customization
- Perform configuration changes in Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
- Debug Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components as needed.
- Data Management & Backup
- Manage data backup and recovery processes using OwnBackup and OwnBackup Archiver.
- Ensure compliance with data retention policies and audit requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and support activities.
- Generate regular reports on system health, performance, and usage metrics.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business users, developers, and administrators to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with global teams and ensure timely updates on progress.
