POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Membership Growth Operations at Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO)



is instrumental in driving and executing strategic growth initiatives aimed at achieving EO's ambitious global expansion goals in line with the membership base long-term vision. This role provides essential support in project coordination, internal communications, membership processes, chapter launches, and cross-functional collaboration. It enables excellence in execution across EO’s global growth initiatives.

With a foundation of prior strategic experience, the Manager brings critical institutional knowledge to deliver operational rigor, surface and socialize recruitment trends, and ensure EO’s regional growth activities are well-coordinated, aligned, and documented. This individual will serve as an integrator—connecting dots across teams and regions to enhance general visibility and coherence.
