POSITION SUMMARY

EarnIn seeks experienced, collaborative, resourceful staff-level engineers to join our product development teams. As a Staff Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of new products. This role sits on our Growth engineering team,



which owns EarnIn's member acquisition and onboarding experience, with a mission of making financial momentum accessible to more people by turning new members into engaged, trusting members of the EarnIn community. This is a remote position, though it could also be a hybrid role from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site. EarnIn offers excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet and cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Mountain View headquarters. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We cannot provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position.
