Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development professional to support a high-volume outbound prospecting operation within the telecommunications industry.This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and generating appointments or sales opportunities for the commercial team.The idóneo candidate has strong English communication skills, previous outbound sales or call center experience, and is comfortable working toward activity and performance targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and follow-up communications.
- Identify and engage prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and business needs.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Schedule qualified appointments or meetings and ensure an accurate handoff to the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through calls and email.
- Document activities, contact information,



and opportunity status in the assigned systems.
- Use HubSpot and Orum to manage outreach activity and pipeline information.
- Follow approved scripts, sales processes, and outreach sequences.
- Handle common objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Work toward established activity, qualification, and conversion goals.
- Share feedback regarding prospect responses, objections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:
- C1 English proficiency and professional fluency in Spanish.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, sales development, telemarketing, or call center environments.
- Comfortable performing high-volume outbound calling.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward performance targets.
