We are seeking a
Product Owner
to drive the definition, delivery, and success of our product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions at speed.

Responsibilities
- Research and write detailed technical requirements
- Participate actively in product planning and roadmap definition




- Work proactively with internal and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and business needs
- Determine technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
- Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success
- Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research, including direct customer engagement
- Deliver requirements in partnership with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and various engineering teams, with an iterative, pragmatic approach to delivery
- Incorporate effective written and visual techniques into product requirements, such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups
- Create data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
- Manage the delivery of products, including PoC, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch, and ongoing releases
- Resolve technical blocking issu
