Lead Instructional Designer
to join our team.

Our Workforce Experience team helps clients drive digital and IT transformation by uncovering and closing gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We envision, create, and roll out a diverse range of solutions for online and in-person learning, covering videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments,



all guided by the latest insights from the learning sciences. To put it simply, we look past "training" to develop learning experiences that leave a lasting mark.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to determine the learning and enablement needs of the target audiences
- Define learning objectives that match learner profiles and the goals of each program
- Assess, refresh, or develop content that directly supports learning objectives and the chosen delivery formats
- Design engaging learning activities that strengthen and elevate the entire learning journey
- Draft storyboards and cooperate closely with multimedia developers to transform ideas into meaningful instructional assets
- Envision the instructional visuals, user interfaces, and full product experiences ahead of production
- Devise assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of individual elements, modules, or full courses
