Position: BUYER (INDIRECT)

responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of indirect materials, goods, and services required to support the efficient operation of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing plant. This position ensures the timely availability of products and services while optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and developing strong relationships with suppliers.

JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
.





3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Experience managing
indirect procurement categories
in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with supplier negotiations, quotation analysis, and cost reduction.

Experience working with
SAP ( Desirable) or another ERP system
.

Advanced
English conversational skills proficiency
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multicultural manufacturing environment
.

-Automotive Tier 1 experience is a must
