We are looking for a
Jira Administrator
to join a project supporting
US-based clients
. This is a
remote opportunity open to professionals across LATAM
, and strong English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure
Jira solutions
according to client and business requirements.
- Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, notifications, and automation rules.
- Customize and optimize Jira environments to support different business and technical processes.
- Manage users, roles, access,



and security schemes.
- Support Jira integrations with other tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing administration and user support.
- Work directly with
US-based clients and stakeholders
to understand requirements and propose solution

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in
Jira Administration and Jira implementation projects
.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and automation.
- Experience with
Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center
.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and other
Atlassian tools
is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills
, with the ability to participate in meetings and interact directly with US clients.
- Based in
Latin America
.
