About The Role
As a Consulting Manager, OCM Senior Training Developer, you will make an impact by leading learning and adoption strategies that help clients successfully navigate complex business and technology transformations. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with change management leaders, client stakeholders, communications teams, and cross-functional project teams to drive organizational readiness and business adoption.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise training strategies, learning curricula, training roadmaps,



and adoption programs that support large-scale business and technology transformations.
- Partner with client stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, define learning approaches, and support successful change adoption.
- Develop and manage communications and training deliverables, including stakeholder communications, learning content, knowledge transfer materials, and adoption metrics.
- Facilitate leadership sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops while monitoring project risks, issues, and readiness activities.
- Mentor consultants, contribute to proposal development, support business development activities, and participate in practice-building initiatives.
