We're Hiring | Demand Planning Analyst | S&OP; & Forecasting

At OMRON Healthcare , we're looking for a Junior Demand Planning Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, curiosity for data, and the ability to turn information into actionable insights.
In this role, you'll support our S&OP; process across Mexico and Latin America , working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Imports, and Logistics teams to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory health.

What you'll do
✅ Analyze and consolidate demand forecasts across Mexico and LATAM.
✅ Monitor key indicators such as forecast accuracy, sell-out, fill rate, inventory health, aging, and slow-moving inventory .
✅ Analyze customer sales and inventory to proactively identify potential stock-out and overstock risks .
✅ Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using BI, Tableau, or similar platforms .
✅ Support S&OP; and S&OE; processes by transforming data into clear business insights.




✅ Collaborate with Commercial, Supply, Finance, Imports, and Logistics teams.
✅ Support the use and implementation of demand planning tools such as Anaplan and Demand Solutions .

What we're looking for
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP;, or a related analytical role.
✔ Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
✔ Basic knowledge or experience with forecasting and demand analysis .
✔ Exposure to ERP or planning tools such as SAP, JD Edwards, Anaplan, Demand Solutions , or similar platforms is a plus.
✔ Experience with BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is highly valued.
✔ Business English and ability to collaborate with local and international teams.
✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within Supply
